Taking the prices out of the equation, would you choose a Huntsman or a Weber Summit equipped with a Spider Venom? I ask because the Summit comes in a larger size than does the Huntsman. I'm also curious as to what the outdoor temperature was during your cook.

Do you have to calibrate Venom's ambient thermometer? Temperature reading on Venom, does not match Weber's analog thermometer temperature. Weber reads 190F ish Venom 280F. Off by approx. 90F. That's quiet off! Haven't had success using it. Got it back on May 24, 2023. Any chance of a refund?

How many pounds of pellets does it hold?

I cooked a 7 lb turkey breast today with my Weber 22 / Spider Venom. Lightly seasoned the turkey breast with oil and garlic salt. Set the unit for 300 degrees and cooked it in a cast iron skillet for 4 hours until turkey breast internal temp of 150, then wrapped it in foil, cooked to 172, then took off grill to rest covered upside down for 2 hours. Fantastic.

How many watts do you have to have to run the it if you not at home?

Tried installing on a couple of older 22 weber classics but both grills have a leg on which the insert is offset so the tab doesn't line up. Is there a workaround or am I missing something?

Would these work on the Performer Deluxe without any modifications?

A few pit controllers offer "lid detection" where they will automagically pause for 3-5 min when the lid is opened. Can this feature be built into the controller on the Huntsman?

So you have to take the computer off before you wash it. Then it would be a safe bet if you live in South Florida where it rains everyday to buy the cover despite what everything I've read online

Salmon is great but it doesn’t look like you can close the lid on something larger, like a turkey or ham.

I had a question about the temperature setting difference using the left to go instant to the hottest setting on the Huntsman. I have the regular Venom and it doesn't get as hot as the Huntsman. Is the probe the difference between the two Venoms? Also could you show us a cold smoke on a video please?
